Nothing But Recruitment is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading organisation within the manufacturing sector. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a flexible balance between home and on-site work.
The Role
This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week, with the potential for a 4-day working week pattern. You will be an integral part of a busy Employee Health & Wellbeing team, contributing to the health and wellbeing of a diverse workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Manage occupational health cases across a varied workforce.
- Deliver health surveillance programmes and prepare detailed reports.
- Support and develop targeted wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Health & Safety, and operational leaders.
- Provide expert advice on employee health, absence management, and fitness for work.
- Utilise data and trends to inform and shape proactive wellbeing strategies.
- Contribute to policy, process, and continuous improvement within Employee Health & Wellbeing.
What You’ll Need
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in occupational health and demonstrate a passion for promoting employee wellbeing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential to successfully influence and support health initiatives across the organisation.
