The Role
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will provide comprehensive occupational health services in alignment with our clients requirements. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting employee health through consultations, assessments, and advice.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert case management services for referrals related to attendance and fitness for work.
- Prepare professional, evidence-based written reports for various stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on legislative requirements and best practices in occupational health.
- Conduct fitness medicals and health surveillance as needed.
- Evaluate medical results and ensure appropriate advice is communicated.
- Maintain registration with the NMC and comply with professional guidelines.
- Proficiently perform Spirometry, Audiometry, General Medicals, and fitness assessments.
What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Confidence in IT and a solid understanding of data protection principles.
- Experience in case management and occupational health advice provision.
