Nothing But Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading organisation in the health sector based in Acton, London. The Role
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will provide professional advice and support to employees, ensuring the delivery of a full Occupational Health service in line with our client’s requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct case management appointments and assess employee fitness for work.
- Issue fitness certificates in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate with GPs and specialists regarding medical reports, adhering to relevant legislation.
- Respond to queries from clients and managers, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide health surveillance in line with current legislation.
- Manage site medical incidents and support the Occupational Health Nursing team.
- Design health promotion initiatives and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain NMC registration and manage equipment maintenance.
- Travel between client sites as required.
What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Confident with IT and a solid understanding of data protection principles.
- Experience in delivering case management and Occupational Health advice.
