Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Location: Somerset (Part-time)

My client is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join their collaborative, multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, professional clinical services to the workforce. This role is essential in maintaining the health and wellbeing of employees, and you will work alongside a team of experts to ensure a holistic approach to occupational health.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver health surveillance services and manage escalations with the support of Occupational Health Technicians.
Provide professional advice, support, and guidance to employees on-site.
Assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health and evaluate their fitness to work.
Perform clinical assessments of clients presenting with minor illness and injury.
Work closely with the Senior OH Advisor to monitor, advise, and assess the clinical practice of the Occupational Health team.
Ensure clinical assessment skills are regularly updated in line with best practices.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in Occupational Health is essential.
Experience working in A&E, intensive care, or similar environments is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a valid NMC registration.
Working Hours:
Part-time position (Monday – Wednesday).
8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
Relevant Occupational Health Diploma.
