Key Responsibilities
Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
Respond to emergencies and escalate care when needed.
Support patients and families with education and emotional care throughout treatment.
Requirements
Required:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Active Washington RN License.
BLS (American Heart Association).
PALS (American Heart Association).
Minimum of 1 year post-graduation experience as a Pediatric RN (clinical rotations or residencies do not count).
Preferred:
National Certification in pediatric specialty.
