Wellbeing Physiologist Full-time

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Wellbeing Physiologist to join a dedicated team working across multiple sites in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about health and wellbeing to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.

The Role

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Salary: £28K – £32K (depending on experience).
• Work closely with the Head of Wellbeing to develop and support wellbeing services, ensuring business and client objectives are met.
• Deliver webinars, workshops, and health screenings to empower employees in making informed health choices.
• Write communications and wellbeing articles to promote health initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor and implement effective wellbeing solutions.
• Monitor and report on wellbeing data, KPIs, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent) in Sports Science, Health Science, Exercise Physiology, or Sports Therapy.
• Previous experience in sport, medical, health, wellbeing, or fitness environments.
• Strong understanding of human physiology, exercise, biochemistry, anatomy/biomechanics, psychology, or nutrition.
• Confident in motivational interviewing techniques and delivering evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
• Ability to collaborate, innovate, and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
