Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a collaborative and multidisciplinary team. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting employee health and wellbeing through professional occupational health services. This is a full-time role based at a client site in Heathrow, with the potential for hybrid working arrangements.

Skills and Experience:
Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in:Case Management
General Medicals
Fitness-for-Work Assessments
Health Surveillance
IT literacy and competence.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Understanding of data protection principles and confidentiality in occupational health practice.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
