Physiotherapist 30 hours per week Part-time

Role Outline
We are Nothing But Recruitment, a dedicated recruitment agency, and we’re thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate MSK Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team at one of our client’s sites in the South West of England.

This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week. The working hours are Mondays 8am–4pm and Tuesdays to Thursdays from 7am–3pm.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional occupational health service, making a real difference to the health and wellbeing of employees. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and varied environment. There will also be opportunities to mentor university students throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Classify musculoskeletal disorders into appropriate work-related categories.
• Submit management reports on employee fitness and recommend adjustments, as required.
• Lead onsite exercise classes to support the rehabilitation of employees with MSK injuries.
• Communicate effectively with the wider occupational health team.
• Conduct DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments and provide proactive advice.
• Recommend workplace adjustments and equipment following DSE assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and assess risks of musculoskeletal health issues.
• Undertake ergonomic risk assessments with Safety, Health and Environment advisors.
• Advise on necessary workplace changes to support employee health and wellbeing.
• Provide effective rehabilitation for staff with MSK disorders, whether work-related or not.
• Maintain comprehensive assessment and treatment records.
• Collect statistical data for reporting and contribute to health promotion events.

Skills and Expertise Required:
-Strong skills in conducting comprehensive assessments.-
-Experience in ergonomic, workplace, and DSE assessments.
-Ability to deliver workshops and health promotion initiatives.
-In-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and treatment options.
-Excellent report-writing and risk assessment skills.
-Capability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
-Proficiency in IT systems and strict adherence to confidentiality and GDPR regulations.

Education & Certifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (required).
-Master’s Degree (preferred).
-HCPC registration (essential).

Salary:
-Competitive salary of up to £45,000 pro rata depending on experience, seniority and qualifications.
