Physiotherapist Full-time

Role Details

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join one of our clients’ teams based in the UK. This role offers a fantastic chance to support the delivery of outstanding occupational health services while developing your skills in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

This is a full-time role, with working hours of Monday to Thursday, 8am–4.45pm, and an early finish on Fridays at 8am–12.30pm. The role may also offer a hybrid working arrangement, with the possibility of working one day per week remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and disorders.
• Classify MSK disorders into appropriate work-related categories.
• Provide comprehensive management reports, detailing employees’ fitness to work and any required role adjustments (short-term, long-term, or permanent).
• Lead onsite exercise classes to support employee rehabilitation.
• Communicate effectively with the wider occupational health team.
• Conduct DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments and provide preventative advice.
• Recommend necessary workplace changes or equipment following DSE assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and assess the risk of musculoskeletal ill health.
• Conduct ergonomic risk assessments alongside Safety, Health and Environment advisors.
• Advise on work practice or workplace adjustments required to support employee health.
• Facilitate effective rehabilitation of employees with MSK conditions, whether work-related or not.
• Maintain comprehensive records of assessments and treatments.
• Collect and analyse data for reporting purposes and contribute to health promotion events.

Skills and Expertise:
-Experience in clinical MSK assessments and treatments.
-Proficiency in conducting ergonomic, workplace, and DSE assessments.
-Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
-Strong communication and report-writing skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
-IT proficiency and commitment to data confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
-A proactive approach to health promotion and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (required).
-HCPC registration (essential).
-Relevant postgraduate qualifications (preferred).

Salary:
-Competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
-Assistance with relocation costs may be available, if required.
