**CBT Therapist – Home-Based (UK)**

**The Role:**
You’ll provide brief, evidence-based CBT interventions to adults referred via workplace channels, including Occupational Health, GPs, and private insurers. Work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with clinical supervision, CPD opportunities, and a dedicated admin team allowing you to focus purely on clinical care.
**What You’ll Do:**
– Deliver one-to-one CBT sessions (online, with optional face-to-face in hybrid roles)
– Manage a varied caseload of adult patients presenting with diverse clinical needs
– Participate in fortnightly individual supervision and weekly team meetings for CPD, peer supervision, and self-care
– Optionally contribute to training or workshops on mental health topics
– Maintain professional standards and clinical records
**What We’re Looking For:**
– BABCP accredited CBT Therapist
– Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in CBT
– Experience providing high-intensity CBT interventions, ideally in workplace or primary care settings
– Skilled in working with adults; experience with children, young people, or families desirable but not essential
– EMDR training desirable
– Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to develop professionally
**Hours & Flexibility:**
– Part-time or full-time, 2–5 days per week (15–37.5 hours)
– Working hours must include Tuesday or Thursday for team meetings
– Fully remote within the UK (home-based only; overseas working not permitted)
