About the Role
Nothing But Recruitment is working with a leading provider of occupational health and wellbeing services, supporting organisations across a wide range of industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality occupational health services while making a real impact on employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the full Occupational Health remit including consultations, advice, education, and medical assessments
Conduct case management appointments and assess fitness for work
Issue fitness certificates in line with company policies
Liaise with GPs and specialists in accordance with relevant legislation
Respond to client and manager queries professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NMC standards
Carry out health surveillance in line with current legislation
Manage on-site medical incidents
Support and mentor the Occupational Health Nursing team
Contribute to health promotion initiatives
Ensure equipment is maintained and compliant
Travel between client sites as required
Requirements
Registered Nurse (Part 1)
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma)
Proven experience in case management and delivering occupational health advice
Strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality within OH
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong report writing skills
Confident IT user
Ability to work within scope of practice and escalate when required
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Core hours between 8:00am – 6:00pm
