Salary: Up to £44,000 (DOE)
Location: Warrington (WA1) + client sites
Working Pattern: Hybrid – clinic, home, and on the road
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Case management and fitness-for-work assessments
  • Health surveillance (spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, etc.)
  • Vaccinations and phlebotomy
  • Drug & alcohol screening and workplace assessments
  • Client site visits (travel time paid)
  • Health promotion and wellbeing advice
  • Maintaining clinical stock and supporting governance standards
  • Supporting continuous service improvement and KPIs
  • Occasional mentoring of junior staff

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) – essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ Occupational Health experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health – essential
  • Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, vaccinations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident working independently and managing varied workloads
  • Comfortable with travel to client sites
