At NBR, we partner with leading organisations across the UK to advertise their key roles. Our client, a provider of occupational health and wellbeing solutions, is looking for a skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing multidisciplinary team at their Brackley site.
The role is based in Brackley and is part-time, working Monday to Thursday. This is an onsite role at the client site in the East Midlands.

Role Overview
The Occupational Health Advisor will provide expert occupational health advice and support via Case Management, ensuring the health and wellbeing of employees at the client site. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with experience in occupational health and strong case management skills.

Key Responsibilities
– Deliver comprehensive case management, providing expert advice and support
– Conduct elements of health surveillance programmes, focusing on occupational health in a motorsport environment
– Manage travel health aspects, including pre-travel assessments, vaccinations, and global travel advice (training can be provided)
– Work collaboratively with HR, health and safety, and medical teams to implement health policies and procedures
– Provide health promotion and education across relevant topics
– Maintain accurate records and reporting in line with professional and legal standards

Person Specification
– Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
– Post-registration qualification in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma)
– Proven experience in an occupational health setting with strong case management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Confident working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
– Proficient in IT and record management systems

Working Hours
– Part-time, Monday to Thursday, 7.5 hours per day
– Core hours between 8:00am – 6:00pm
