NBR is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading occupational health provider for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver expert health and wellbeing support in a dynamic workplace environment.
The Role:
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will provide specialist advice and case management to support the health and wellbeing of employees. Key responsibilities include:
– Delivering comprehensive case management and occupational health advice
– Conducting health surveillance programmes, particularly relevant to the motorsport/industrial environment
– Managing travel health, including pre-travel assessments, vaccinations, and advice (training provided)
– Collaborating with HR, health and safety, and medical teams to implement health policies and procedures
– Promoting health education and wellbeing initiatives
– Maintaining accurate records and reporting in line with professional and legal standards
About You:
– Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration
– Post-registration qualification in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma)
– Proven experience in an occupational health setting with strong case management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse workforce
– Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
– Proficient in IT and record management systems
Hours & Location:
– Part-time: Monday to Thursday, 7.5 hours per day, within core hours 8:00am – 6:00pm
– Onsite at a location in the East Midlands
