$75,000 – $85,000 base salary

What You’ll Be Doing
Creating individualized treatment and behavior support plans
Adjusting programs based on ongoing assessments
Collaborating with families and internal teams
Supervising therapists and supporting clinical staff
Managing a clinical caseload while meeting billable expectations
Communicating with funding sources & maintaining accurate documentation
What They’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification or a master’s with completed ABA coursework
Strong knowledge of ABA principles & DTT
Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills
Valid driver’s license + reliable insured transportation
Ability to adapt to changing client needs
Multilingual candidates may receive a higher base salary
Role Details
