Occupational Health Technician

Location: Heathrow Airport, London
Job Type: Locum Contract
Contract Length: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate – Paid Weekly

Nothing But Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Technician to join a busy Occupational Health team based at Heathrow Airport on a 3-month rolling contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Technician looking for a long-term contract within a well-established Occupational Health service, working Monday to Friday with no weekend commitments.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering health surveillance and screening services to employees, ensuring high clinical standards while supporting workplace health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out health surveillance appointments
• Complete baseline health measurements including:
  • Height and weight
  • Blood pressure
  • Urinalysis
• Perform audiometry testing
• Carry out spirometry (lung function testing)
• Undertake drug and alcohol testing
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Ensure clinical equipment is clean, calibrated and fit for use
• Deliver a professional and confidential service at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Technician
• Experience carrying out health surveillance and baseline medicals
• Competent in audiometry, spirometry and drug & alcohol testing
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Right to work in the UK
