Job Overview
NBR is recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing organisation. This is a part-time, permanent role supporting multiple operational sites across the Midlands and West England. You will be working 2 days from home and 1 day on site.
You’ll play a key role in delivering occupational health services and supporting employee health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver occupational health services including case management and health surveillance
• Provide professional OH advice to HR, Health & Safety and line managers
• Support wellbeing initiatives and health promotion activities
• Produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement of OH processes and policies

Requirements
• Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Previous experience working in occupational health (manufacturing or similar environment preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
