Shift Pattern: 3 on / 3 off, 10pm – 10am
Type: Full-time, Permanent

You’ll be working in a cleanroom setting and controlled environments—where precision, efficiency, and attention to detail are the name of the game.

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping manufacturing machinery in top shape—both preventative and reactive maintenance
• Monitoring machine performance and responding fast to breakdowns
• Supporting production teams to hit output targets without a hitch
• Managing machine spares and ensuring availability
• Offering technical advice and troubleshooting support
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives
• Participating in risk assessments and ongoing training programs
• Using SAP and Microsoft Office tools to log and plan maintenance activity

What we’re looking for:

• Qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Tooling, or Plastics Processing (Apprenticeship, HND, or Degree-level)
• Experience in a fast-paced, medium-to-high volume manufacturing setting
• Confident problem-solver with experience in fault finding on complex machinery
• Comfortable working unsupervised and taking ownership of maintenance tasks
• Clear communicator, able to liaise effectively across departments
• Tech-savvy – confident with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems like SAP
