Job Opportunity: Community Nurses – Shrewsbury

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: £18.00 – £21.06 per hour

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced Community Nurses to join our clients team in Shrewsbury. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm), providing essential nursing care to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a community setting.
• Perform compression bandaging, wound care, and catheter care.
• Administer medication and insulin safely and effectively.
• Deliver end-of-life care, including the use of syringe drivers.
• Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (Band 5) with valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience as a Community Nurse preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
