Salary: £30,160 + £3,000 average annual sleep-in bonus (rising to £31,140 after 18 months)
Rate equivalent: £14.50 per hour (plus overtime at 1.25x)

Nothing But Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join a Children’s Residential service for young people aged 8–18 who have experienced child sexual exploitation and present with complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role within a supportive, experienced team, where the focus is on helping every child achieve their personal best.
The role:
Lead shifts and deputise for senior management when required.
Provide direct support and care to children and young people.
Act as a positive role model, encouraging independence and resilience.
Ensure care plans are implemented effectively and consistently.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation.
Support and develop team members to deliver high standards of care.
Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
Encourage engagement in education, activities and community life.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in a residential childcare setting.
Previous senior experience desirable but not essential.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Commitment to achieving or holding a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
