Nights/Sat: £14 to £18.20

Overview
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Nursery Assistant ready to jump in and help manage a lively nursery. In this role, you’ll be essential in creating a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children to flourish. What You’ll Be Doing

• Top-Notch Care: Deliver exceptional care that meets every child’s physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs—without any discrimination.
• Parental Engagement: Team up with parents, keeping them involved in their child’s day-to-day experiences, ensuring everyone’s on the same page.
• Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain precise, EYFS-compliant records—because every detail counts.
• Continuous Training: Attend regular training sessions to stay current with the latest in childcare practices and to advance your own skills.
• Program Support: Assist in planning and implementing tailored programs that support each child’s unique development.
• Daily Operations: Help manage the nursery’s day-to-day tasks, ensuring the environment remains safe, secure, and immaculate.
• Team Collaboration: Be a dependable team member who follows guidance from senior staff and contributes to a supportive work atmosphere.
• Progress Monitoring: Compile and update developmental progress records accurately, ensuring all entries are signed and dated.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to Ofsted regulations and health and safety standards—no cutting corners.
• Professional Development: Work towards achieving your NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare, taking charge of your career growth.
• Flexibility: Be ready to handle any additional tasks as needed—adaptability is key.
