NBR is working with a leading healthcare provider in Paris, Texas to fill a newly created position for a Cardio Diagnostics Manager. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a seasoned cardiac sonographer with a passion for operations, team management, and diagnostic excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll manage all aspects of the Cardio Diagnostics department while still staying close to the clinical work. You’ll play a key role in shaping the service line’s growth, leading performance initiatives, and ensuring top-tier patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations of the Cardio Diagnostics Services department
• Performing cardiovascular and pulmonary diagnostic tests
• Supporting physicians in evaluating and treating cardiac and respiratory conditions
• Leading departmental quality improvement and compliance initiatives
• Participating in budget planning and resource management
• Coaching and developing staff to ensure clinical excellence
• Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless care

Must-Haves

• 1–2 years of ultrasound experience in echocardiography
• RDCS or RCS certification preferred — registry-eligible candidates considered (must obtain within 14 months of hire)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in departmental or team leadership

Nice-to-Haves

ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
