About the Role:
My client offers the opportunity to evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients of all ages—from infants to geriatric—helping them restore function, prevent disability, and reach their maximum performance. As part of the therapy team, you’ll supervise supportive staff, coordinate patient care, and participate in departmental and organizational initiatives focused on performance improvement and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients following injury, disease, or physical disability.
Administer physical therapy modalities and treatments to restore function and improve quality of life.
Supervise and delegate responsibilities to aides, PTAs, and students.
Participate in operational and performance improvement activities within the department.
Ensure accurate patient charges and maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
Work with patients across all age groups: infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays
Compensation & Benefits:
My client offers:
Competitive Pay: $83,200 – $93,600 annually ($40–$45/hour depending on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 for qualified candidates

Qualifications:
Current licensure and good standing as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma, or eligibility with a temporary letter to practice.
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
Experience in physical disability settings preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy required.
