What You’ll Be Doing
This role blends clinical expertise with a proactive, educational approach to oral health. You’ll be delivering comprehensive dental care, from routine cleanings and diagnostics to urgent treatment and minor surgical procedures — all while empowering patients to take control of their health.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for dental/oral conditions
• Performing preventative and restorative procedures, and referring to specialists when appropriate
• Recording all encounters in electronic medical records in real-time
• Leading patient education efforts focused on hygiene, oral disease prevention, and care continuity
• Collaborating with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure coordinated care
• Participating in outreach programs and quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active, unrestricted dental license
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on dental practice experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical/dental records
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse patient populations
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality care

• Bilingual communication skills
