About the Role:
Nothing But Recruitment is seeking experienced Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCPs) for full-time night shifts at a well-established hospital in Eureka, California. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality respiratory care across a variety of patient populations and hospital departments, making a meaningful impact on patient health every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement treatment plans.
Monitor and respond to acute respiratory needs in various hospital units.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation.
Valid California Respiratory Care Practitioner License at the time of hire.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required upon hire.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Minimum 2 years of full-time hospital-based acute care experience as an RCP, including Critical Care, Emergency, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Childbirth Center, Nursery, NICU, and PACU.
Current certified RCPs with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
