This role covers multiple London sites, from Euston to West Ruislip. All locations are easily accessible via public transport, and travel within TFL zones will be reimbursed. Please note, parking is not available. This is a full onsite role, so candidates must be comfortable commuting daily.

Role Overview
As Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader, you will oversee a small multidisciplinary clinical team, ensuring the delivery of occupational health and minor treatment services while meeting contractual requirements and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a clinical team, including nurses and technicians
Deliver occupational health services and minor treatment as the clinical lead
Conduct recruitment, inductions, and regular competency reviews
Support audits and maintain compliance with professional standards
Collaborate with stakeholders and attend site operations meetings
Present monthly MI and KPI data to commercial and operational teams
Coordinate workplace wellbeing initiatives
Person Specification
Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with SCPHN and Part 3 NMC registration
Leadership experience in a multidisciplinary occupational health team is essential
Desirable: experience in A&E, case management, vaccinations, and mentoring OH students
Strong communication, time management, IT literacy, and knowledge of occupational health legislation
Working Hours
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (flexibility required)

Salary up to £42,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
