What You’ll Be Doing

• As a Licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting, you’ll work with patients of all ages and backgrounds. You’ll provide individualized, evidence-based care focused on long-term functional outcomes and education.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating, planning, and executing customized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress using EMRs
• Collaborating with other therapists and support staff in a team-based care environment
• Participating in ongoing mentorship, CEU programs, and leadership initiatives
• Engaging in a culture of continual learning and clinical excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active or pending PT license in the state of New York
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Open to new grads or seasoned clinicians — the team meets you where you are
• Desire to grow clinically and/or pursue specialization (support is built-in)
