Maintain high-quality records, placement plans, and care documentation in line with regulatory standards.
Oversee staffing, rotas, sleep-ins, and on-call duties, ensuring fair allocation and adequate coverage.
Manage the home’s budget and resources, maintaining financial viability.
Promote the home and its ethos to external professionals and stakeholders.
Ensure each child has an individual plan with clear outcomes, regularly reviewed and communicated appropriately.
Lead continuous professional development for yourself and your team, fostering reflective practice and improvement.
Work strategically with Directors to drive quality improvement across the home and wider organisation.
About You
Experienced in residential childcare management, ideally with previous Ofsted inspection experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to make sound, child-focused decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Committed to promoting positive outcomes for children with EBD.
