We’re looking for a Medical Research Associate to join an innovative team at the forefront of genomic research. In this role, you’ll help translate complex genomic and clinical data into actionable insights for healthcare providers, supporting the development of personalized, root-cause-based approaches to chronic illness, cognitive health, mental health, fertility, and women’s health.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with researchers to design, maintain, and refine genomic information.
Translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, accurate summaries for medical interpretation.
Analyze scientific literature related to genetic variants and molecular pathways, drawing meaningful conclusions.
Research and develop genomically-informed interventions, including supplements, medications, and lifestyle strategies with mechanistic and clinical rationale.
Use AI-based tools to streamline research and data analysis.
Monitor, input, and maintain genetic and scientific data with accuracy and clinical relevance.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience) in biology, genetics, genomics, molecular biology, immunology, neuroscience, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in scientific or medical research.
Strong knowledge of human genomics, molecular biology, and pathophysiology of diseases.
Ability to interpret scientific literature, analyze large datasets, and draw independent conclusions.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to troubleshoot complex problems.
Experience collaborating on research projects and contributing to publications is a plus.
