We’re currently looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer with a focus on housing and disrepair cases to join on a temporary, part-time basis (3 days per week).
This role would suit a confident lawyer who can handle possession proceedings, disrepair claims, and advocacy independently. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a local authority-style environment, attending hearings, and managing your own caseload.
What’s on offer:
Contract length: 14 weeks
Hours: 22.5 per week (3 days)
Pay:
PAYE: ÂŁ43.31 per hour
Umbrella/Ltd: ÂŁ58.66 per hour
IR35: Inside
Start date: 29th September 2025
Key details:
First day onsite in Taunton to collect IT equipment.
Hearings will require travel across Taunton, Yeovil, and Weston.
You’ll be working with an experienced legal team but taking ownership of your own advocacy and case progression.
