Our client, a reputable healthcare provider in Lawton, Oklahoma, is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join their team. Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)
Pay Range: Competitive
Sign-On Bonus: $6,000

Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician. You’ll work to help patients recover function, reduce pain, and prevent further disability. This role involves working with patients across all age groups, from infants to seniors.

You will supervise and coordinate with support staff including PTAs, aides, and students. The therapist will also take part in departmental improvement initiatives, infection control, equipment training, and safety programs.

Requirements:

• Must hold an active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or be license-eligible with a temporary practice letter
• BLS Certification – required
• Experience in a physical disability setting – preferred but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
