Nothing But Recruitment is looking for two experienced Social Workers to join a busy Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team on a temporary basis.
This is a 12-week assignment covering recruitment gaps, with the possibility to make a big impact during that time.
What you’ll be doing:
Carrying a varied caseload, from Children in Need (CIN) right through to Care Proceedings and Adoption.
Working directly with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
Managing statutory responsibilities in line with legislation and local policies.
Balancing home and office working – you’ll be expected in the office 3 days a week, with the rest remote.
What we’re looking for:
A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Solid experience across CIN, Care Proceedings, and Adoption cases.
Strong assessment, planning, and case management skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
What’s on offer:
PAYE: £28.77 per hour
Umbrella: £36.24 per hour
Hybrid working – a mix of home and office-based.
A supportive team within Children’s Services.
