Contract: 3-Month Temporary Contract
Location: Bromley (Hybrid – mix of Civic Centre and home working)
Hours: Full-time, 36 per week
Rate:
PAYE: £22.77 per hour
Umbrella: £30.25 per hour
The Role
We’re looking for experienced Adult Social Workers to join a busy Safeguarding Hub on a short-term assignment. This is a role where you’ll need to hit the ground running, so previous hands-on safeguarding experience is absolutely essential.
You’ll be taking on complex care safeguarding cases, acting as an enquiry officer, and ensuring practice is legally sound and defensible. Knowledge and practical application of key legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 is a must.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Adult Safeguarding
Strong track record managing complex safeguarding cases
Confidence working as an enquiry officer
Ability to balance high caseloads while maintaining best practice
