Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Apple Valley, CA. This role is full-time, working 12-hour night shifts, and offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional care in a highly supportive and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care for neonates in an acute care hospital setting.
Monitor and manage critically ill newborns, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Support and educate families, providing guidance and reassurance during critical care situations.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
California Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Minimum 2 years of RN-NICU experience in an acute care hospital setting.
