Nothing But Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver major capital construction projects in Herefordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction project manager to take ownership of high-profile projects, including heritage and civic buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Manage multiple stakeholders, including funding bodies and project boards.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Navigate the challenges associated with heritage or historic buildings.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
Previous experience working on heritage or historic building projects is highly desirable.
Relevant construction-related qualifications preferred.
Strong track record of managing multiple stakeholder groups and funding channels.
