Location: Hybrid Role (1 Day Per Week On-Site in Bristol)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm)
Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 per annum
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide expert occupational health services, making a real difference in the lives of employees across a variety of industries. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of on-site and remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills and Experience:
Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience in the following:Spirometry
Audiometry
General Medicals
Drug and Alcohol Screening
Case Management
Fitness-for-Role Assessments
Knowledge of data protection principles and confidentiality in occupational health.
A flexible, proactive approach with negotiation and motivational skills.
Confident in delivering presentations to clients and employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
