Lead economic evaluations, including cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis.
Quantify and monetise health and social outcomes using established economic techniques.
Gather, clean, and analyse data on health, demographics, social outcomes, and service use.
Develop logic models and impact pathways to show links between interventions and outcomes.
Produce clear reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Translate complex economic evidence into accessible insights for decision-makers.
Essential requirements
Postgraduate degree in Economics, Health Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
Proven experience conducting cost-benefit analyses, ideally in health and social policy.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with confidence handling large datasets.
Desirable experience
Knowledge of public health metrics (e.g. QALY).
Experience working with or alongside local/national government, NHS, or public health bodies.
Understanding of equity weighting and methods for assessing social impact.
