Our client, a well-established UK leader in medical technology solutions, is looking for an experienced Field Services Engineer to support customers across the East of England.
This role is perfect for a proactive engineer who enjoys hands-on work, solving technical challenges, and delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain medical electronic equipment, including preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
Provide technical support and guidance to customers
Maintain accurate service documentation and records
Liaise with device manufacturers to resolve technical issues
Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment
Travel to customer sites daily, with occasional overnight stays
Requirements
Qualification in electrical or electronic engineering or similar
Minimum of 3 years’ field service experience, ideally with medical equipment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage your own time, plan effectively, and work independently
Full driving licence essential
