Salary: $58,178 – $75,130
Shifts Available:
Day: 04:45–16:45
Night: 16:45–04:45
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (with 24-month repayment agreement)

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join a 39-bed acute care hospital serving the Carbon and Emery County communities in Eastern Utah. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality cardiopulmonary care and supporting patients across a wide range of clinical needs.
What You’ll Do
You’ll provide comprehensive respiratory care in accordance with physician orders, departmental guidelines, and best practices. Responsibilities include:
Measuring lung capacity and analyzing blood gases using diagnostic equipment
Delivering respiratory therapies and assessing patient responses
Monitoring and documenting patient conditions and treatment outcomes
Responding to emergency situations, including codes
Educating patients and families about treatments, conditions, and available resources
Maintaining respiratory supplies and medical gas cylinders
Cleaning, sterilizing, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment
Participating in ongoing evaluation of respiratory policies and procedures
What You Bring
Licensure (required):
Respiratory Therapist Certification, Respiratory Care Technician, or Respiratory Care Practitioner
Certifications:
BLS within 60 days of hire
ACLS within 6 months
PALS within 6 months
NRP within 1 year
