Nothing But Recruitment is seeking a qualified Registered Social Worker to join a friendly and supportive team within a children’s services Early Help and Assessment Team. This role provides long-term sickness cover for a 13-week period.
The Role:
Conduct high-quality assessments of children, individuals, and families, evaluating strengths and risks.
Develop and implement plans to safeguard children and enhance the capacity and resilience of parents/carers.
Provide office-based duties and respond to crises as required.
Support the development and improvement of services for children and families, contributing to the shaping of future initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience in social work, particularly within children’s services.
Ability to work 3 days per week (office 1–2 days/week).
Candidates must be available within 2–3 weeks and reside within easy commuting distance of Usk.
