💰 £19.75 PAYE / £24.54 Umbrella per hour

Nothing But Recruitment are looking for an experienced Housing Officer to step into a busy local authority team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid housing management experience who enjoys working both in the office and out in the community.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing a patch within the Ashfield district, supporting tenants and the wider community.
Handling tenancy issues, providing advice, and ensuring compliance with housing policies.
Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard of housing services.
Resolving day-to-day housing matters in a professional and timely manner.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Housing Officer (or a similar housing role).
A self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
Someone confident dealing with tenants face-to-face and handling challenging situations.
Knowledge of housing legislation and procedures.
The details:
Office and patch-based – this is not a remote role.
Temporary contract covering approx. 20 weeks (5 months).
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly.
