My client is seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join their expanding team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to travel across the UK, delivering health surveillance services at various client sites while operating a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU). Ensure all medical information is accurately recorded and passed to the relevant clinical staff.
Ensure that all equipment is well-maintained, clean, and fit for purpose.
Support the Occupational Health team with additional tasks such as health promotion activities and general administrative support (e.g. filing and tidying).
Assist in the smooth running of the department by ensuring all data is accurately gathered and recorded.
While the Occupational Health Technician is not responsible for interpreting clinical results (except for drug and alcohol testing), you will provide vital biometric data to support clinical decisions.
Skills & Experience:
Strong time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with health promotion activities and health surveillance.
Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.

Relevant experience in a health-related field (e.g., Healthcare Assistant, EMT, Military Medic, or similar backgrounds).
Ideally, a background in health surveillance.
Benefits:
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Contributory pension scheme (up to 6%).
Life assurance.
Starting with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
