Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager (Occupational Health)
Location: Home-based (with travel to sites as required)

My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinical Operations Manager to provide exceptional clinical leadership within their team. This role will ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards of clinical governance while maintaining a positive and effective working environment for all clinical staff.
This is a home-based role with the expectation of travel to various sites as needed. The role is part-time, for 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals, ensuring they are well-trained, qualified, and motivated to provide high-quality care to customers.
Maintain and enhance clinical governance within contracts, aligning with established clinical governance frameworks.
Conduct regular clinical competency reviews, audit clinical work according to company policy, and manage annual reviews and probation assessments.
Ensure compliance with company processes, Department of Health guidelines, Health & Safety legislation, and accreditations (e.g., SEQOHS).
Accurately capture and manage data in line with contract requirements to generate Management Information (MI) reports, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Use MI data to improve the profile of services, promote effective health surveillance, enhance customer relationships, and continuously improve clinical service quality.
Coordinate clinical aspects of the contract renewal process, ensuring smooth renewals and retention of clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
Registered General Nurse.
Occupational Health qualification.
Previous management experience in a healthcare setting.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse clinical team.
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data management and analysis to drive service improvement.
A commitment to continuous professional development for yourself and your team.
IT literate.
