Ensuring all medical data is accurately recorded in the occupational health records and passed to the relevant clinical staff.
Maintaining equipment to ensure it is serviceable, clean, and fit for purpose.
Supporting health promotion activities as requested.
Assisting the Occupational Health team in non-clinical tasks (e.g., filing, tidying).
Ensuring that all gathered information is accurately documented and communicated to the relevant clinical team.
Supporting the team in the smooth running of the department.
Note: The technician will not interpret results except in the case of drug and alcohol testing, where they will be trained.
Skills & Experience:
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of health promotion and GDPR compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capable of working flexibly to meet deadlines and using own initiative.
