Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Band 6 Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced RMN dedicated to delivering high-quality care? We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) to join our team in Bamber Bridge. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic community setting, supporting mental health service users through assessment, care planning, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of needs and deliver care from initial assessment to discharge.
• Collaboratively develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans with service users, carers, and other professionals.
• Empower and support service users on their recovery journey.
• Work closely with mental health service users in a community setting.
• Advocate for individuals using the service, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Provide supervision for non-qualified staff.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of the Mental Health Act.
• Collaborate with external partners, including community-based services, social services, and other healthcare agencies.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions as required and provide appropriate signposting.

Pay Rates:
Days: £22 – £26 per hour
Nights/Saturdays: £30 – £34 per hour
Sundays/Bank Holidays: £38 – £44 per hour

Requirements:
Proven experience working in community mental health settings.
Ability to effectively advocate for service users and coordinate with external agencies.
Strong skills in assessment, care planning, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
Commitment to providing supervision and support to non-qualified staff.
Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and related practices.
