Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site in Acton, 2 days remote)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with flexibility required)
Salary: £39,000 – £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Role Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to lead a clinical team delivering high-quality minor treatment and occupational health services. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure excellent service standards, and manage the team effectively to meet contractual and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and support to the clinical team to achieve the strategic aims of the treatment and occupational health service.
Evaluate service standards to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with contractual agreements.
Supervise and deploy staff to maintain continuity of service.
Act as the clinical lead, providing treatment and occupational health services autonomously.
Create and maintain a positive team culture, fostering collaboration and alignment with company values.
Lead recruitment, selection, and induction of team members.
Conduct clinical competency reviews, audits, annual reviews, and probation assessments.
Initiate and participate in audit programmes to ensure compliance with evidence-based standards.
Ensure all team members are suitably qualified, inducted, and trained, and maintain training records.
Work closely with site operations and stakeholders across multiple sites, attending daily and weekly operational meetings.
Analyse and present monthly management information (MI) and KPI reports to operational and commercial teams.
Support and help coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Registered General Nurse (with NMC registration).
Must hold SCPHN Qualification and be Part 3 Qualified.
Proven experience providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Health Nurses and Technicians.
Experience in occupational health settings is desirable.
Emergency Nurse Practitioner or A&E experience is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of professional standards and the ability to ensure compliance within the team.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to achieving results.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
