NothingButHealthcare is proud to present this opportunity that has arisen in the LE2 area for a Registered Manager paying £35-40kpa (37.5hrs pw) working for one of the country's leading healthcare providers. As the Registered Manager you will have had experience in managing a team, overseeing daily tasks and motivating your staff to get the best out of them. You will work with staff from all types of backgrounds with the sole aim of achieving the common goal in showing providing second to none attention and care to the residents on site. Ideally you will have the hunger to succeed not only for yourself but also for your team. Mental Health is Essential

Essential Qualifications: In order to be considered for this role you must be a Registered Manager with experience of being within a setting of working with patients with Mental Health issues. The Care home is a 26 bedded site with patients of Autism and Learning Difficulty backgrounds, therefore, having experience working in such environments is very advantageous 

About you: You should be passionate about your work and wanting to help elderly people with their needs. Patience is essential in such a role especially as you will be liaising with both your team and patients within the home therefore someone who is able to work under pressure would be best suited for this role. You should be flexible in your approach to situations and be able to adjust to different situations without hesitation. You should be able to know when to be assertive in what you do and know how to manage a team effectively without the assistance of others. There should be an aim to get the most out of the colleagues at your disposal through your leadership skills and experience
