Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health to join their Occupational Health Team. The organisation combines expert advice and clinical services with smart systems to deliver impact driven health programs tailored to our clients needs.

The role is based at our site in Govan and you will be required to work 2-3 nightshifts every quarter.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice when mental health is a factor.
• Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports
• Ensure that the correct advice in relation to fitness to carry out role is communicated to the Client, escalating where clinically appropriate.
• Deliver Training and awareness sessions to Mental Health First Aiders and others workplace stakeholders
Qualifications

• Qualified or Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable.
• Experience working with individuals in the community or specialist unit.
• Previous case management experience
