NothingButHealthcare are proud to present an opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work for one of the country's leading healthcare providers. This position is paying £41,600pa working 40 hours a week supporting the registered manager with their duties to provide an efficient service with decency and clear order.
 
 
Essential Qualifications: In order to be considered for this role you must be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC pin. The home is home to 77 patients whom suffer from dementia/Alzheimers therefore patience is required for this role, care home experience is also highly advantageous for the role.
 
About you: You should be passionate about your work and wanting to help elderly people with their needs. Patience is essential in such a role especially as you will be liaising with both your team and patients within the home therefore someone who is able to work under pressure would be best suited for this role. You should be flexible in your approach to situations and be able to adjust to different situations without hesitation. You should be able to know when to be assertive in what you do and know how to manage a team effectively without the assistance of others. There should be an aim to get the most out of the colleagues at your disposal through your leadership skills and experience
