Nothing But Recruitment are looking for a qualified Children’s Social Worker (Level 2) to join a fostering service team in Lincolnshire on a short-term contract.
This role is ideal for an experienced Social Worker (minimum two years post-qualification) who can hit the ground running and take on a complex caseload within Children’s Services. You’ll be providing vital support to children, young people, and families, ensuring their safety and wellbeing while promoting positive outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
Holding and managing your own caseload with independence
Carrying out in-depth family assessments and risk analysis
Direct work with children, young people, and their families
Supporting fostering, kinship, adoption, and looked-after children teams
Working closely with partner agencies using Signs of Safety methodology
Contributing to care planning, court work, and multi-agency decision-making
Maintaining accurate case notes, reports, and evidence
What we’re looking for:
Qualified Social Worker (Degree, PGDip or MA/MSc in Social Work)
Registered with Social Work England (formerly HCPC)
Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience
Strong assessment, reporting, and relationship-building skills
Full driving licence
Resilient, collaborative, and able to work under pressure
